Bing tang hulu


Bing tang hulu
Beijing snack is famous all over the world. If you visit in china, you mustn’t miss it, especially Bing tang Hulu. It is a traditional snack of China.


Ingredients: (Serve for 5)
20-30Haws, crystal sugar 200g, water, and sticks
Introduction
1) wash the hams and take out cores
2) get the sticks ready
3) put the water and crystal sugar in the pot, then until crustal sugar melt, low power heat
4) cooked the sugar for a few minutes
5) to string the haws on the sticks
6) put the ready sticks in the melt sugar, then quickly take them out
7) until they are cool, you can eat it

American desert is really good, and I never thought about that china has desert. However after so many times my friends asked me about the Chinese desert, I finally find out that this should be considered Chinese desert. I love it. It is so special.

Ingredients:

Chinese date (without core) 250g, sticky rice powder 100g, sugar, and osmanthus.

Introduction
1) put the sticky rice powder in the warm water then stir it into paste.
2) Cut one side of the Chinese date then put the sticky rice stick into the Chinese date, they are should be the same length.
3) The water in the pot can’t cover the Chinese date and sugar, then boiled with medium heat for 17 minutes.
4) Take them out and put the osmanthus water on it
5) wait it until cool then enjoy it

Salad is the basic way to cook vegetables, but I don’t like it, because I prefer the vegetables should be cooked and hot. Fresh vegetables could contain most vitamin of the vegetables, but for some vegetables, you will absorb them better after cook.

It is my favorite dish. It tastes light and helps digest. It is good for women very much.

Ingredients:
Celery 200g, fresh lily 150g, a few medlar, salt, oil 30ml
Introduction
1) clean celery and lily, then cut them into pieces
2) boil them a little bit and then wait them dry
3) when the oil is hot, put celery in the pot and fried them really quickly
4) then fried the lily until it looked crystal
5) put salt and medlar in the pot and fried them for a while

the fish tofu soup

Since I came to America, the soup is the only familiar food I can’t accept it. Because I can’t accept how thickness and cheese soup it is.
If you think yesterday’s food is not you appetite, today’s dish is really famous in China.
This soup I recommend to everyone, because it is one of the most nutritional dishes.
Ingredients:
A crucian carp, a box of tofu, 3 pieces of ginger, some green onion, salt, pepper, cooking wine, and oil.

Introduction
1) clean the fish and get all ingredients ready

2) cut the tofu into pieces(each should be 1cm width)

3) fried the fish that became yellow on both side

4) put the ginger and green onion in the pot.

5) put enough water into the bow. Put salt, oil, and pepper in it.

6) when the water is boiled, cook it for 50 minutes with medium power heat.

7) put the pieces tofu then cooked 7 minutes

Then the delicious nutritional fish soup is done.

Gruel

I really miss you--------- Chinese Food

There is only two month left and I can’t wait to go back home. I miss my family, my friends, and Chinese Food. Maybe many of you curious why I miss Chinese food so much, and there are some Chinese restaurant and Asian food store. They should still my appetite, but they are not authentic Chinese food, or you could say they are not the food that I like it.
So to answer your questions, here are some recipes that teach American how to cook the authentic Chinese food.
The following food that I really like it, and you could know how diverse of Chinese food is.

Today I will introduce one of my favorite gruel: reserved duck eggs pork gruel

It is a traditional Cantonese style dish.
It is a health, nutritional, and delicious food.
It is very unique taste, if you can accepted it, you will love it, or vice versa.
It need a long time to cook it. Time could prove something.

Ingredients:

Rice 150g, pork (leg) 50g, ginger powder 15g, 2 reserved duck eggs, some green onion, water, oil15ml, and salt.
Introduction:

1) To wash the rice and put it in the salty oil water for 30minutes
2) To boil the pork and take it out without water
3) To put the ready rice, pork, ginger powder, and pieces one reserved duck eggs into the boiled water.(water about 2000ml). Waiting it is been boiled.
4) Using the low power heat to cook for one hour.
5) When the gruel become thickness, take the pork out and cut into small pieces
6) To put the other pieces reserved duck egg and pieces pork into the gruel, to cook it 10 minutes.
When you eat it, put some green onion on it
The delicious gruel is done. Next step is to enjoy it.
