Fish tofu soup
Since I came to America, the soup is the only familiar food I can’t accept it. Because I can’t accept how thickness and cheese soup it is.
If you think yesterday’s food is not you appetite, today’s dish is really famous in China.
This soup I recommend to everyone, because it is one of the most nutritional dishes.
Ingredients:
A crucian carp, a box of tofu, 3 pieces of ginger, some green onion, salt, pepper, cooking wine, and oil.
Introduction
1) clean the fish and get all ingredients ready
2) cut the tofu into pieces(each should be 1cm width)
3) fried the fish that became yellow on both side
4) put the ginger and green onion in the pot.
5) put enough water into the bow. Put salt, oil, and pepper in it.
6) when the water is boiled, cook it for 50 minutes with medium power heat.
7) put the pieces tofu then cooked 7 minutes
Then the delicious nutritional fish soup is done.
